摘 要:对分光光度法测定加碘食盐中微量碘的最优条件进行了探索,运用分光光度法测定了几种加碘食盐中的微量碘含量。最佳实验条件包括最大波长的选择、硫酸用量的影响、碘化钾用量的影响、温度的影响等方面。实验结果表明,最优实验条件是:最大吸收波长是348 nm,硫酸用量是1.00 mL,碘化钾用量是1.50 mL,温度不能高于60℃。在最优条件下运用分光光度法测定食盐中碘含量,测定结果与产品说明的范围吻合,该方法的加标回收率在99%以上,表明测定方法是可靠的。The optimum conditions for the determination of micro iodine in iodized experiment by spectrophotometry were explored,and the content of micro iodine in several iodized salts was determined by spectrophotometry.The best experimental conditions were explored,including the selection of the maximum wavelength,the influence of sulfuric acid dosage,the influence of potassium iodide dosage,the influence of temperature and so on.The experimental results showed that the optimal experimental conditions were:the maximum absorption wavelength was 348 nm,the dosage of sulfuric acid was 1.00 mL,the dosage of potassium iodide was 1.50 mL,and the temperature can not be higher than 60℃.Under the optimum conditions,the contents of iodine in salts were determined by spectrophotometry.The result of determination was consistent with the range of product description.The recovery rate of this method was more than 99%,which showed that the method was reliable.
