摘 要:针对人工裂缝与井筒夹角较小和固井质量差导致无法机械分隔的两类需进一步改进的水平井,大庆油田开展了暂堵转向重复压裂技术研究。通过开展转向剂性能评价实验,优选了两种重复压裂模式下所采用的转向剂,建立暂堵转向物理模型,形成了相应的施工参数优化设计方法,配套了双封单卡和大规模单卡两种重复压裂工艺管柱。共开展了9口水平井的暂堵转向重复压裂现场试验,取得了较好的增产效果,有效延长了以上两类水平井的生产周期。For two kinds of horizontal wells,one is the well with small angle between fractures and wellbore,the other is the well with the poor cement quality that cannot be separated mechanically;the diverting re-fracturing technology was studied.Moreover,two diverting re-fracturing modes,one is the diverting re-fracturing within fractures and the other is the multi-stage diverting re-fracturing within the scope of the whole wellbore were created.Depending on the evaluation experiments,the physical model of the diverter was established and two diverting agents related with the above different modes were selected.Meanwhile,based on the field implementation there are two construction control methods,namely squeezing injection test and lifting displacement test were formed.The two types of re-fracturing downhole string,the double-packer isolation re-fracturing one and the single-packer isolation re-fracturing one were formed.By far,nine horizontal wells diverting re-fracturing field test were completed.The results showed that the productivity of low permeability horizontal wells had a good effect on increased production after the re-fracturing,which effectively extends the production period of the above two types wells.
