盆底生物反馈疗法联合针灸预防子宫内膜异位症术后复发的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察子宫内膜异位症术后采用盆底生物反馈疗法联合针灸预防术后复发的效果及安全性。方法选取2017年1-12月于广州中医药大学深圳医院治疗的子宫内膜异位症术后患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组术后给予促性腺激素释放激素类似物(诺雷德)治疗3个月;观察组在对照组治疗的基础上,同时予以盆底生物反馈疗法联合针灸治疗。比较两组患者术后3、6、12个月的复发情况,并评估其安全性和患者的生存质量。结果对照组术后12个月累计复发率为12.5%(5/40),稍高于观察组的10.0%(4/40),但两组差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.125,P>0.05);两组术后3个月的血清丙氨酸氨基转氨酶均在正常参考值范围,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组术后3个月患者生存质量量表评分[(26.40±4.52)分比(20.78±5.65)分]差异有统计学意义(t=4.923,P<0.01)。结论盆底生物反馈疗法联合针灸预防子宫内膜异位症患者术后复发效果显著,能改善微循环,促进患者生活质量提升。Objective To investigate the clinical value of pelvic floor biofeedback combined with acupuncture and moxibustion for the prevention of postoperative recurrence of endometriosis,and to evaluate its safety.Methods From January 2017 to December 2017,80 patients with endometriosis treated in Shenzhen Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random digital table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received GnRH-A injection(zoladex)for 3 months after surgery.The observation group was treated with pelvic floor biofeedback combined with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The cumulative recurrence of the two groups at 3,6 and 12 months after operation was compared,and the safety and quality of life(QOL)of the patients were evaluated.Results The cumulative recurrence rate of the control group was 12.5%(5/40)at 12 months after surgery,which was slightly higher than that of the observation group[10.0%(4/40)],but the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=0.125,P>0.05).The serum alanine aminotransferase level of the two groups at 3 months after operation was within the normal reference range,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was statistically significant difference in QOL score between the two groups at 3 months after operation(t=4.923,P<0.01).Conclusion The postoperative recurrence rate of pelvic floor biofeedback combined with acupuncture for the prevention and treatment of endometriosis is not significantly different from that of the control group,and it is safe and reliable.Besides,it can make the body immune system well regulated,improve microcirculation,and promote the quality of life of patients.
