盐酸羟考酮缓释片联合神经阻滞治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察盐酸羟考酮缓释片联合神经阻滞治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床效果。方法选取青县人民医院2014年1月至2018年12月收治的带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者120例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组60例、对照组60例。两组均予以抗病毒等基础治疗,在此基础上,对照组加用盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗,观察组加用盐酸羟考酮缓释片联合神经阻滞治疗,两组疗程均为28 d。观察两组治疗前后视觉模拟法评分(VAS评分)、临床效果和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组VAS评分为(2.22±0.93)分,明显优于对照组的(5.61±1.01)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.915,P<0.05);观察组总有效率为98.3%(59/60),高于对照组的63.3%(38/60),差异有统计学意义(χ2=23.720,P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸羟考酮缓释片联合神经阻滞治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛效果明显,不良反应少。Objective To explore the efficacy of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-released tablets combined with nerve block in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Methods From January 2014 to December 2018,120 patients with postherpetic neuralgia in the People's Hospital of Qing County were divided into observation group and control group according to the random digital table method,with 60 cases in each group.Both two groups were treated with antiviral therapy.On this basis,the control group was treated with oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-released tablets,while the observation group was treated with oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-released tablets combined with nerve block therapy for 28 days.The VAS scores before and after treatment and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was(2.22±0.93)points,which was significantly lower than(5.61±1.01)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.915,P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 98.3%(59/60),which was significantly higher than 63.3%(38/60)in the control group(χ2=23.720,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Oxycodone acid sustained-released tablets combined with nerve block in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia has obvious effect,which has less adverse reactions,and better clinical application value.
