摘 要:针对低成本家用电器电机驱动场合,提出了一种基于软磁复合材料和铁氧体永磁体的新型轴向磁通爪极电机(AFCPM),重点介绍了该电机的基本电磁结构及运行原理,使用有限元法对电机磁通密度分布、电磁参数和性能进行了分析和计算。与传统横向磁通电机(TFM)的性能参数进行对比,AFCPM能够在保证电机性能基本不降低的情形下较大地减小电机的制造及材料成本,同时能获得较高的转矩密度。A new axial flux claw pole motor(AFCPM)based on soft magnetic composites and ferrite permanent magnets was proposed for low cost household electrical appliances.The basic electromagnetic structure and operation principle were introduced.The magnetic flux density distribution,electromagnetic parameters and performance were analyzed and calculated by finite element method.Compared with the performance parameters of traditional transverse flux motor(TFM),AFCPM can reduce the manufacturing and material costs without reducing the performance of the motor,and at the same time obtain high torque density.
