绕线对电枢轴与换向器的配合浅析

摘　　要：绕线是电机转子生产的重要道序,电枢轴与换向器的不同配合会影响绕线的产品质量。为了保证绕线的质量,需要控制绕线机的绕线张力参数。通过理论分析和实际检验,可以得出电枢轴与换向器的配合尺寸。Winding is an important channel sequence in motor rotor production,different coordination of the armature shaft and the commutator will affect the product quality of winding.The parameters of winding tension of winding machine need to be controlled for the quality of winding.Through theoretical analysis and experimental test,the matching size of armature shaft and commutator was obtained.
