建设与弘扬新时代党内先进政治文化的内在机制研究

摘　　要：建设与弘扬新时代党内先进政治文化的关键环节是对党内先进政治文化的认同。党内先进政治文化从文化理念到践行、从建设到弘扬都有其内在机制。建设和弘扬新时代党内先进政治文化的内在机制包括认同机制和双向互动机制。党内先进文化的认同机制包括完善认知认同机制、优化情感认同机制、深化理性认同机制、健全扶贫帮困的调节机制、激活行为认同机制、强化自律转化机制等,在此基础上探索构建党内先进政治文化的建设与弘扬的双向互动机制。保证这些机制的理性运转对消解各种不良党内政治亚文化的侵蚀,坚持全面从严治党的正确方向,促进党的建设新的伟大工程有序推进具有重大意义。The key link in building and carrying forward the advanced intraparty political culture within the new era is the recognition of the advanced political culture. Without the recognition of the majority of party members and cadres,the construction is ineffective. If there is no recognition,it will not be promoted. The political culture of the advanced party has its internal mechanism from cultural concept to practice,from construction to promotion. The internal mechanisms for building and promoting the political culture within the new era include improving the cognitive identity mechanism,optimizing the emotional identity mechanism,deepening the rational identification mechanism,improving the adjustment mechanism of poverty alleviation,activating the behavior identification mechanism,and strengthening the self-discipline transformation mechanism,as well as exploring the advanced two-way interactive mechanism of the construction and promotion of political culture within the party. It is of great significance to ensure the rational operation of these mechanisms to eliminate the erosion of various political and sub-cultures within the party,to adhere to the correct direction of the party,and to promote the orderly advancement of the new great construction of the party.
