层面解剖腹腔镜脐尿管切除术治疗脐尿管疾病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价层面解剖腹腔镜脐尿管切除术治疗脐尿管疾病的安全性、疗效与优势。方法8例脐尿管畸形患者,其中5例脐尿管囊肿,1例脐尿管窦,2例膀胱脐尿管憩室,均实施层面解剖腹腔镜脐尿管切除术,整块切除脐尿管及与其相连的膀胱顶部和邻近腹膜。结果8例手术均顺利完成,所有患者均保留脐部,手术时间55~75min,术中及术后无出血、感染、腹腔脏器损伤、肠梗阻等并发症。术后住院时间6~8d,随访3~30个月无复发。结论层面解剖腹腔镜脐尿管切除术治疗脐尿管疾病安全、有效,微创优势明显,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To evaluate the safety,efficacy and advantages of laparoscopic urachal resection with layer anatomy for treatment of urachal diseases.Methods Laparoscopic urachal resection with layer anatomy was performed in 8 patients with urachal malformation,including 5 cases of urachal cyst,1 case of urachal sinus and 2 cases of bladder urachal diverticulum.Results All the operations were successfully completed.The umbilicus was preserved in all patients.The operation lasted 55-75 minutes.No complications such as bleeding,infection,abdominal organ injury or intestinal obstruction occurred during and after the operation.The hospital stay was 6-8 days after the operation,and no recurrence occurred during the follow-up period of 3-30 months.Conclusions Laparoscopic urachal resection with layer anatomy is safe,effective and minimally invasive for treatment of urachal diseases,so it is worthy of clinical application.
