东部地区高校汉族大学生族际交往态度的影响因素研究

摘　　要：随着东部地区高校在西部地区的扩招,大量西部地区少数民族学生进入东部地区高校,由于文化背景不同导致的族际交往之间而产生的矛盾也随之凸显。通过采用MAXQDA质性分析软件对来自广东L大学的16名汉族大学生的访谈文本分析发现,存在个体认知结构、族际文化符号以及族际接触媒介影响族际接触的频率,进而影响东部地区高校汉族大学生族际交往的态度。因此,东部地区高校应积极开展个体认知结构的引导,加强民族文化符号意义的渗透,增强族际交往交融平台的建设,进而改善各民族学生之间的族际交往交流态度、创建和谐校园,铸牢中华民族共同体意识。With the expanded enrollments in the western region, ethnic minorities of western region continue to flow into eastern region’s universities, and the conflicts between ethnic groups become prominent because of different cultural backgrounds. By using MAXQDA qualitative analysis software to analyze the interview texts of 16 Han university students from a university in Guangdong Province, it was found that individual cognitive structure, inter-ethnic cultural symbols, and inter-ethnic contact media affected the frequency of inter-ethnic contact and the attitude of Han university students in the eastern region toward inter-ethnic communication. Therefore, in order to improve the inter-ethnic communication, create a harmonious campus and consolidate the consciousness of the Chinese nation community, colleges and universities in the eastern region should actively guide individual cognitive structure, strengthen penetration of national cultural symbols, and enhance the construction of inter-ethnic communication and integration platforms.
