贵州省县级多维贫困度量及时空格局分析

摘　　要：该文以脆弱性-可持续生计分析框架为理论基础进行多维指标体系构建,基于主成分分析方法,对贵州省2000年和2010年的县域多维贫困指数和单维度指数进行了度量,同时对各县域各维度的空间分布状况进行了揭示,并将本文识别的结果与2012年国家划定的集中连片特困地区进行了对比。研究结果表明:本文识别出的多维贫困县与国家划定的区域有很好的对应;贵州省多维贫困程度较高的县域主要分布于毕节地区和黔西南布依族苗族自治州;自然环境因素(海拔、坡度等)是影响贵州省县域多维贫困的重要因素。研究结果可以更全面地把握贵州省多维贫困的分布特征,为指导研究区早日全面脱贫提供借鉴和参考。This paper built a multi-dimensional index system based on the theory of vulnerability-sustainable livelihood analysis framework. Based on the principal component analysis method,the county level multi-dimensional poverty index and single dimension index of Guizhou Province in 2000 and 2010 were measured,the spatial distribution of each single dimension in each county was also revealed,and the results identified in this paper were compared with the concentrated contiguous destitute areas delineated by the state in 2012. Results showed that the multi-dimensional poverty-stricken counties identified in this paper had a good correspondence with the regions designated by the state;the counties with higher multi-dimensional poverty in Guizhou Province were mainly distributed in Bijie Prefecture and the Southwestern Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture,and natural environmental factors(elevation,slope,etc.) was an important factor affecting the multi-dimensional poverty of counties in Guizhou Province. This research results could more comprehensively grasp the distribution characteristics of multi-dimensional poverty in Guizhou Province,and provided reference for guiding the early comprehensive poverty alleviation in the research area.
