基于数据挖掘技术探讨从脾论治胸痹组方用药规律

摘　　要：目的通过对临床中诊治的从脾论治胸痹患者的处方用药进行数据分析,探讨从脾论治胸痹疾病的组方用药规律。方法基于数据挖掘软件--中医传承辅助系统(V1.1)为工具,收集于2015年12月-2017年1月就诊于辽宁中医药大学附属医院心内科门诊及病房,并符合从脾论治证型冠心病心绞痛患者共180例,并做为数据源,对患者的基本病例资料进行统计,将临床症状、患者主诉、用药处方情况等信息录入中医传承辅助系统,运用数据关联规则分析、频数规律分析等方法对资料中处方用药的核心治疗药物之间的组合方式、药物出现的频数、常用治疗中药的组合方式及规律、规则等进行多角度数据统计分析,进一步挖掘出治疗胸痹的药物使用及药物之间的关联规律。结果通过对门诊及病房收治的180例从脾论治胸痹患者的处方用药进行数据分析,得出最常用的有23种组方中药、常用药物使用方式共80条(频数最高的为2味药组合模式62条、3味药组合模式21条),共94条两味药物间相互关联规则。其中以薏苡仁、炒白术为代表出现频数最高,并且处方中以健脾益气、活血化瘀类中药为主要治疗用药。结论从脾论治胸痹(如冠心病心绞痛)的用药组方中重点以益气健脾、运脾补益、活血化瘀类中药为治疗用药,基本治则为扶正祛邪,祛邪重在活血化痰祛瘀,扶正则要灵活运用运脾和胃、益气健脾、燥湿化痰、芳香化湿等治疗方法。并且通过数据挖掘技术对研究从脾论治胸痹疾病的组方用药规律,进一步探讨冠心病心绞痛的传统及现代中医药治疗的优势及特点有重要参考价值。Objective To analyze the data of prescription medication from the treatment of spleen in patients with thoracic obstruction in clinical diagnosis and treatment,and to explore the prescription medication rule from the treatment of thoracic obstruction. Methods Based on the data mining software:TCM AID(V1.1)tool,collected from December 2015 to January 2017 in the department of cardiology,Liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital outpatient and ward,and in line with the spleen theory A total of 180 patients with syndromes of coronary heart disease and angiography,and as a data source,the basic case information of patients statistics,such as clinical symptoms,patient complaints,medication prescription information and other information into TCM inheritance system,using data association rules analysis,frequency law analysis and other methods on the data in the combination of the core drug treatment prescription drugs,the frequency of drugs,commonly used in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combinations and rules and other multi-angle statistical analysis of data to further tap the treatment of chest paralysis drug usage and drug association rules. Results Based on the data of 180 prescriptions from the outpatient department and the ward treated by prescription of spleen,we found that the most commonly used traditional Chinese medicines were 23 kinds of prescriptions(the highest frequency was 2 flavor combination mode 62,3 flavor combination mode 21),a total of 94 two flavor drug inter-association rules. Which Coix lacryma-jobi,Atractylodis Macrocephala most representative frequency,and the prescription to spleen Qi,promoting blood circulation of Chinese medicine as the main therapeutic drug. Conclusion From the spleen on the treatment of chest pain,such as coronary heart disease angina pectoris prescriptions to focus on invigorating the spleen and Qi,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of drugs,the basic rule is to invigo
