摘 要:中医药疗法治疗骨相关疾病疗效显著,近年,Wnt/β-catenin信号通路受到越来越多的关注,基于该通路研究中医药疗法干预骨相关疾病的工作取得不少进展,中医药治疗骨相关疾病得到分子生物学层面的证据。进一步深化中医药疗法治疗骨相关疾病的研究,可以为骨相关疾病的临床治疗开辟出新思路。因此,对基于经典Wnt/β-catein信号通路的中医药治疗骨相关疾病的研究进展进行综述。Traditional Chinese medicine is efficient to bone-related diseases. The Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway is receiving increasing attention. Based on this pathway,the researches on TCM therapies treating bone-related diseases have made great progress. The mechanism of TCM on bone-related diseases has obtained molecular-biological evidence. If we further study the traditional Chinese medical therapies on bone-related diseases,we might develop new clinical treatments on bone-related diseases. Therefore,we reviewed the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine based on Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in the treatment of bone-related diseases.
