头面部刮痧与针刺对肝肾阴虚型干眼即刻效应比较研究

摘　　要：目的观察并比较头面部刮痧与针刺对肝肾阴虚型干眼的即刻效应。方法依照设定的入组标准,将60例肝肾阴虚型干眼患者随机分为两组,试验组和对照组各30例(60只眼)。试验组予头面部刮痧疗法,对照组予针刺治疗,治疗时间均为30 min,观察并比较2组患者治疗后的即刻效应,观察指标包括眼部症状调查问卷、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、泪液分泌试验(S1T)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、角膜荧光素染色(FL)评分。结果治疗后,试验组显效14只眼,有效38只眼,无效8只眼,总有效率86.7%;对照组显效8只眼,有效38只眼,无效14只眼,总有效率76.7%,2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,试验组的眼部症状调查问卷、VAS、S1T、BUT均好于治疗前(P<0.05),且眼部症状调查问卷的主要症状评分及S1T明显好于同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论头面部刮痧疗法治疗肝肾阴虚型干眼存在即刻效应,可迅速缓解患者不适症状,使S1T、BUT及VAS评分等指标提高。Objective To observe and compare the immediate effect with head and face scraping and acupuncture on dry eyes of liver and kidney Yin deficiency. Methods According to the established inclusion criteria,60 patients with dry eyes of liver and kidney Yin deficiency were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases(60 eyes)in experimental group and control group. The experimental group was treated with head and face scraping therapy,and the control group was treated with acupuncture. The treatment time was 30 minutes. The immediate effects of the two groups were observed and compared. The observation indicators included the eye symptom questionnaire,visual analog score(VAS),Schirmer 1 Test(S1 T),tear film break time(BUT),corneal fluorescein staining(FL). Results In the experimental group,markedly effective in 14 eyes,effective in 38 eyes,ineffective in 8 eyes,the total effective rate was 86.7%;in the control group,markedly effective in 8 eyes,effective in 38 eyes,14 eyes were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 76.7%. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,the eye symptom questionnaire,VAS,S1 T,and BUT scores of the experimental group were better than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the symptom scores of the eye symptom questionnaire and S1 T were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of head and face scraping therapy for immediate treatment of liver and kidney Yin deficiency dry eye can quickly relieve the patients’ discomfort and improve the S1 T,BUT and VAS scores.
