摘  要:以三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)为基体,添加适量的三聚氰胺甲醛树脂(MF)和三聚氰胺,制备了橡胶基复合粘接剂。以偶联剂Si69为增容剂,改善基体与三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的相容性。考查了MF树脂/三聚氰胺用量和偶联剂Si69用量对复合材料力学性能和粘接性能的影响,优化了硫化工艺参数。研究结果表明:随着MF树脂/三聚氰胺用量的增加,复合材料的力学性能和粘接性能变差;随着偶联剂Si69用量的增加,材料的拉伸强度和粘接强度先增大后减小,断裂伸长率增加;偶联剂Si69可以明显改善材料的力学性能和粘接性能;m(MF树脂)∶m(三聚氰胺)为20:40或30:30,偶联剂Si69用量在6~9份时,复合材料的拉伸强度和粘接强度优异。A rubber-based composite adhesive was prepared by using ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM)as the matrix,adding appropriate amount of melamine formaldehyde resin(MF)and melamine.The compatibility between the matrix and melamine formaldehyde resin was improved by using coupling agent Si69 as compatibilizer.The effects of the amount of MF resin/melamine and coupling agent Si69 on the mechanical properties and bonding properties of composite material were investigated,and the vulcanization process parameters were optimized.The research results showed that with the increase of MF resin/melamine amount,the mechanical properties and bonding properties of composite material became worse.With the increase of coupling agent Si69 amount,the tensile strength and bonding strength of material increased first and then decreased,and the elongation at break increased.The coupling agent Si69 could significantly improve the mechanical properties and bonding properties of material.When m(MF resin):m(melamine)was 20:40 or 30:30,the coupling agent Si69 amount was 6~9 phr,the tensile strength and bonding strength of composite material were excellent.
