摘 要:为探索S450AW在Cl^-中的腐蚀行为,采用全浸试验、电化学试验和XPS分析技术研究了Cl^-浓度对含Sb耐蚀钢S450AW在0.1 mol/L H2SO4水溶液中腐蚀行为以及S450AW腐蚀产物层中合金元素分布规律的影响。结果表明:Cl^-对S450AW在酸性环境下具有缓蚀作用,并且随着Cl^-浓度的增加,缓蚀效果越显著。XPS结果表明,不同Cl^-浓度下的腐蚀产物均为Fe3O4、FeOOH及少量合金元素的稳态氧化物,Cl^-能够促进合金元素在锈层中沉积形成富集合金元素的致密锈层,从而提高S450AW在酸性环境下的抗蚀性。In order to explore the corrosion behaviors of S450 AW in the medium with Cl^-ions,the effects of Cl^-on the corrosion behavior of Sb-contained weathering steel S450 AW in 0.1 mol/L sulfuric acid solution and the element distributions of S450 AW corrosion products were studied by immersion test,electrochemical measurement and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)analysis.Results showed that Cl^-ions could inhibit the corrosion of S450 AW in acidic environment,and the corrosion inhibition effect increased with the increase of Clconcentrations.Moreover,XPS results showed that the corrosion products formed with different Cl^-concentrations were composed of Fe3O4,FeOOH and a small amount of stable oxides of alloy elements.Owing to promoting the deposition of alloy elements in the rust layer,Cl^-ions could improve the corrosion resistance of S450 AW in acidic medium.
