摘 要:针对有机硅单体合成过程中产生的高浓度COD、含Cu^2+、Zn^2+重金属离子废水的处理进行了研究。利用铁碳微电解的反应原理,以废水的pH值、铁屑投加量、铁碳质量比和反应时间为试验因素,研究了铁碳微电解过程对COD、Cu^2+、Zn^2+去除效率的影响。结果表明:在试验温度为25℃,pH=3,铁屑投加量40 g/L,铁碳质量比(Fe/C)1∶2,反应时间120 min的条件下,某有机硅企业COD为889.28~2526.36 mg/L的废水,COD、Cu^2+、Zn^2+去除率分别为17%~19%、97%、97%;处理后Cu^2+、Zn^2+浓度分别为0.38,1.30 mg/L,符合国家排放标准要求。The treatment of high concentration COD,Cu^2+and Zn^2+heavy metal ion wastewater in the organic silicon monomer synthesis process was studied.Based on the reaction principle of iron carbon micro-electrolysis,the effects of the experimental factors such as the p H value of wastewater,the dosage of iron filings,the mass ratio of iron carbon and the reaction time on the removal efficiency of COD,Cu^2+and Zn^2+were investigated.Results showed that when the experimental conditions were as follows:temperature of 25℃,pH value of 3,iron filing dosage of 40 g/L,mass ratio of iron carbon(Fe/C)of 1∶2 and reaction time of 120 min,the removal rates of COD,Cu^2+,and Zn^2+were from 17%-19%,97%and 97%,respectively for a certain organic silicon enterprise wastewater with COD of 889.28-2526.36 mg/L.The concentration of Cu^2+,Zn^2+after treatment was 0.38 mg/L and 1.30 mg/L,respectively,which met the requirements of the national emission standards.
