摘　　要：为解决我院内镜检查科室患者排队次数多、操作流程复杂造成的工作效率低的问题,我院开展了内镜检查就诊流程优化工作,设计并实现患者自助报到、自助打印报告系统。本文主要介绍自助报到系统的功能、规则、接口设计以及患者自助打印内镜报告功能的实现,通过对现有就医流程的改造和优化,旨在实现内镜科室规范化、现代化管理,进而改善就诊秩序,提高患者满意度。In order to solve the problem of low efficiencies caused by the high number of patients in the endoscopy department in our hospital and the complicated operation process,our hospital has carried out the optimization of the endoscopy examination process,designed and implemented a self-check-in and self-printing report system.This article mainly introduces the functions,rules,interface design of the self-check-in system and the realization of the self-printing endoscopic report function of the patient.Through the transformation and optimization of the existing medical treatment process,it aims to realize the standardization and modern management of the endoscopic department,and thus improve the order of consultation,improve the satisfaction of patients.
