摘　　要：目的了解我区托儿所、幼儿园工作人员健康状况。方法收集2016年1月~2019年3月在我院体检的8770例保教人员资料进行统计分析。结果①各类疾病检出率为13.69%,排在前3位的疾病依次是高血压、肝功能异常、胸部X线异常;传染病316例,占疾病及异常的26.31%,其中滴虫性阴道炎及霉菌性阴道炎、梅毒检出率分别为0.01%和0.11%、0.13%;②共检出512例高血压患者,不同年龄、性别、文化程度患病率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中男性高于女性,高中及以下文化程度者患病率高于大专及以上;③共检出271例肝功能异常患者,不同性别、文化程度患病率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中男性高于女性,高中及以下学历者高于大专及下者。结论应进一步加强托儿所、幼儿园上岗前体检和定期检查,确保传染病不进校园。Objective To understand the health status of nursery and kindergarten staff in our district.Methods The data of 8770 nursing staff who were examined in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2019 were collected for statistical analysis.Results①The detection rate of various diseases was 13.69%,and the top three diseases were hypertension,abnormal liver function,and abnormal chest X-rays;316 infectious diseases accounted for 26.31%,among which the detection rates of trichomonas vaginitis,fungal vaginitis,and syphilis were 0.01%,0.11%,and 0.13%;②Among 512 hypertensive patients,the prevalence of different ages,genders,and education levels was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among them,males were higher than females,and those with high school education and below had higher prevalence than colleges and above;③A total of 271 patients with abnormal liver function were detected.The prevalence of different genders and educational levels was compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among them,men were higher than women,and those with high school education and below were higher than those with junior college and lower education.Conclusion It is necessary to further strengthen the physical examination and regular inspection before taking care of nurseries and kindergartens to ensure that infectious diseases do not enter campus.
