摘 要:目的 :测定紫菀不同产地、不同药用部位根和根茎的比重及其药用成分紫菀酮、槲皮素、山奈酚的含量;并比较不同加工方法对药用成分含量的影响。方法 :采用称重法称取不同产地、根与根茎的重量;采用高效液相色谱法进行含量测定。结果 :(1)不同产地根及根茎的比重范围在1.08~1.54之间,平均比重为1.23。(2)紫菀根中的紫菀酮、槲皮素、山奈酚含量均高于根茎中三者的含量。(3)大多数产地根与根茎中紫菀酮的含量均高于药典标准,只有铜关和怀楼的根茎中紫菀酮含量略低于药典标准。(4)硫磺熏蒸后降低了紫菀酮的含量。结论 :紫菀药材的根和根茎比重、产地以及加工方法均会对质量产生一定影响。Objectives:To determine the contents of peronone,quercetin and kaempferol in different origins and medicinal parts of Aster and to compare performance of different medicinal parts of Chinese medicine.Methods:Weighing the root and rhizome of different habitats,different medicinal parts,and the content of the ingredients;applying high performance liquid chromatography to determine the content.Findings:The proportion of roots and rhizomes in different areas ranges from 1.08 to 1.54,with an average specific gravity of 1.23;The contents of aster,quercetin and kaempferol in roots of different parts of Aster are higher than those in rhizomes;The content of Aster in different roots and rhizomes is higher than that in Pharmacopoeia while the content of Aster in Tongguan and Huailou is slightly lower than that in Pharmacopoeia.Conclusion:The proportion of root and rhizome,the producing area and the processing method of aster have some effect on the quality.
