摘　　要：随着社会的发展和工业化的进步,传统的不锈钢已不能满足高耐腐蚀性的要求,在石油化工等行业的应用逐渐减少。研究发现双相不锈钢材质能兼顾铁素体和奥氏体的优点,耐腐蚀性和力学性能十分优秀,很快就被投入到工业生产中。我国对于双相不锈钢的研究起步比西方发达国家晚,但在生产加工中已经取得了较好的应用成果,许多生产企业也看到了双相不锈钢在未来市场的潜力。因此,系统地介绍SAF2205双相不锈钢焊接的工艺和具体操作。With the development of society and the progress of industrialization,the traditional stainless steel can no longer meet the requirements of high corrosion resistance,and the application in petrochemical industry is gradually reduced.It is found that duplex stainless steel,which combines the advantages of ferrite and austenite,has excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties and was quickly put into industrial production.The research on duplex stainless steel in our country started later than that in western developed countries,but it has achieved good application results in production and processing,and many manufacturers have also seen the potential of duplex stainless steel in the future market.Therefore,this study will systematically introduce the welding process and operation of SAF2205 duplex stainless steel.
