摘　　要：2019年1月30日,国家卫生健康委员会发布了WS/T 647-2019《溶葡萄球菌酶和溶菌酶消毒剂卫生要求》(以下简称《标准》),于2019年7月1日起正式实施。该文从制定溶葡萄球菌酶和溶菌酶消毒剂卫生要求的必要性和经济社会效益等方面剖析了《标准》颁布的意义,对其中的重要指标进行了解读,尤其是对溶葡萄球菌酶和溶菌酶消毒剂有效成分含量的设定、检验方法的确定以及稳定性判定方法等进行了重点解释。为使用者准确地理解《标准》,更好地执行《标准》提供保障。On January 30,2019,National Health Commission of the People′s Republic of China issued WS/T 647-2019"Hygienic requirement for lysostaphin and lysozyme disinfectants"(hereinafter referred to as"the Standard"),which was implemented on July 1,2019.This paper analyses the importance and significance of promulgation of"the Standard"from the aspects of necessity and socio-economic benefits of formulating the hygienic requirements of lysostaphin and lysozyme disinfectants.And interpretation of key indicators is made,especially focusing on the setting of the effective composition content of lysostaphin and lysozyme disinfectants,determination of test methods,as well as stability judgement method.Users of the disinfectants are guaranteed for accurate understanding and better implementing of"the Standard".
