摘　　要：青岛,随着帆船运动的发展上演着一次次蝶变。如果想深入了解"帆船之都",那故事还要从头开始。青岛不仅是中国现代帆船运动的发源地之一,也是新中国水上运动发展的摇篮和重要基地,帆船运动伴随着青岛而不断发展。打造"帆船之都",青岛可以说是拥有了天时、地利、人和3个要素。早在1904年,青岛皇家帆船俱乐部就在青岛举办了帆船比赛,这是全国最早关于帆船运动的历史记录,因此,"帆船之都"的底蕴是悠久的。2020 is the critical year for priority work in the whole province;centered on seeking breakthroughs in building the world-renowned "in" city and six major tough tasks as well as the work arrangement of four major position battles,Qingdao sailing industry takes institutionalization,standardization and procedural management as the carrier of development,overcomes difficulties,makes innovations,promotes high-quality development on the basis of internationalization.
