摘 要:目的分析衢州市社区获得性肺炎的病原学调查及其干预措施。方法选取2016年8月~2017年9月562例衢州市社区获得性肺炎患者,取患者呼吸道分泌物进行观察培养,采用血清学方法、尿抗原测定法等对病原体类型进行测定。对患者采用护理干预,统计病原体分布情况。结果嗜血杆菌分布数量显著高于其他病原体的分布(P<0.05);肺炎支原体在PCR/EIA与血清学检测中检测率均高于其他病原体(P<0.05)。结论引发获得性肺炎的典型病原体为嗜血杆菌,同时还存在其他非典型病原体,应为社区获得性肺炎的经验性抗菌药物治疗提供基础,采用积极的护理干预,确保患者治疗和康复的效果。Objective To analyze the pathogen investigation and intervention measures of community acquired pneumonia in Quzhou city.Methods From August 2016 to September 2017,562 patients with acquired pneumonia in the community of Quzhou city were selected.The respiratory secretions of the patients were observed and cultured.Serological methods and urine antigen assays were used to determine the pathogen types.Nursing interventions were used.The distribution of pathogens was assessed.Results The distribution of Haemophilus was significantly higher than that of other pathogens(P<0.05).The detection rate of Mycoplasma pneumoniae in PCR/EIA and serological tests was higher than that of other pathogens(P<0.05).Conclusion The typical pathogen causing acquired pneumonia is Haemophilus,and there are other atypical pathogens.It should provide a basis for empirical antimicrobial treatment for community-acquired pneumonia,which ensures the effectiveness of treatment and rehabilitation combined with the use of active nursing interventions.
