摘　　要：目的分析吡非尼酮联合止咳化痰汤治疗特发性肺纤维化的效果。方法将2017年8月~2018年8月湖南省中医药研究院附属医院收治的110例特发性肺纤维化患者进行此次研究,按挂号先后顺序均分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。对照组用吡非尼酮治疗,观察组用吡非尼酮联合止咳化痰汤治疗,比较两组的肺功能指标、血清炎症因子水平、不良反应情况。结果治疗后,对照组的肺功能指标显著差于观察组(其中对照组的FEV1值明显高于观察组;对照组的FVC值明显多于观察组;对照组的DLco值明显长于观察组;对照组的MMEF值明显高于观察组),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组的血清炎症因子水平显著差于观察组(对照组的IL-6值显著少于观察组;对照组的IL-12值显著高于观察组;对照组的IL-18值显著低于观察组),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组的不良反应情况显著高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吡非尼酮联合止咳化痰汤治疗特发性肺纤维化有非常好的效果,可减少患者在院期间的咳嗽等情况,降低患者出现恶心等不良反应的概率,值得使用。Objective To analyze the effect of pirfenidone combined with Zhike Huatan decoction on idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.Methods A total of 110 patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Hu’nan Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2017 to August 2018 were included in this study.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of registration,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pirfenidone,and the observation group was treated with pirfenidone combined with Zhike Huatan decoction.The lung function indexes,serum inflammatory factor levels,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the lung function index of the control group was significantly worse than that of the observation group(of which the FEV1 value of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group;The FVC value of the control group was significantly more than that of the observation group;The DLco value of the control group was significantly longer than that of the observation group;the MMEF value in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum inflammatory factor levels in the control group were significantly worse than those in the observation group(the IL-6 value in the control group was significantly less than that in the observation group;The IL-12 value in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group;The IL-18 value in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reactions in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pirfenidone combined with Zhike Huatan decoction has very good effect in treating idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.It can r
