摘　　要：对近年来有关三叶木通藤茎的化学成分及药理作用的研究进展进行综述。三叶木通是木通的基源植物之一,以干燥的藤茎入药。研究显示,其主要活性成分包括三萜及三萜皂苷类、酚醇及其苷类、咖啡酰奎尼酸类、有机酸类、苯丙素类、木脂素类、甾体类等,代表化合物有齐墩果酸、秦皮乙素、咖啡酸、β-谷甾醇;表现出抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗炎、利尿、抑菌等药理作用。其抗肿瘤的作用机制包括诱导细胞凋亡、阻滞细胞周期、减少肿瘤血管生成、抑制肿瘤细胞侵袭和转移等,且对主要活性成分进行结构修饰,可有效提高抗肿瘤活性。The research progress of chemical components and pharmacological effects of Akebia trifoliata(Thunb.) koidz. stem in recent years is reviewed. Akebia trifoliata(Thunb.) koidz. is one of the source plants of Akebiae Caulis, and its dried stem is used as medicine. The researches show that the main active components include triterpenoids and their glycosides, phenolic alcohols and their glycosides, caffeylquinic acids, organic acids,phenylpropanoids, lignans and steroids. The main compounds are oleanolic acid, esculetin, caffeic acid and β-sitosterol. They play the role of anti-tumor, anti-oxidation, anti-inflammation, diuresis and antibacteria. The antitumor mechanisms include inducing cell apoptosis, arresting cell cycles, reducing tumor angiogenesis, inhibiting tumor invasion and metastasis. Moreover, the structure modification of the main active components can effectively improve the anti-tumor activity.
