摘 要:某核电厂百万千瓦氢冷发电机正常运行期间,漏氢量在三个月时间内从小于10m^3/24h逐渐增大至18m^3/24h以上,已经超过运行限值,现场检查发现发电机汽端及励端端盖中分面处漏氢。简要介绍了发电机结构及端盖作用,通过对发电机端盖检修发现注胶工艺不合理导致密封胶空槽是漏氢量增大的主要原因。通过优化注胶工艺后,彻底解决端盖漏氢问题,提高了发电机运行的安全性,对同类问题具有一定的借鉴意义。During the normal operation of a million kilowatts hydrogen cooled generator in a nuclear power plant,the hydrogen leakage gradually increased from less than 10m3/24h to more than 18m3/24h in three months,which has exceeded the operation limit.During the field inspection,hydrogen leakage was found at the steam end of the generator and the middle split of the excitation end cover.This paper briefly introduces the structural characteristics and glue injection process of the generator end cover.By maintaining the generator end cover,it is found that the main reason for the hydrogen leakage is that the sealant empty groove is caused by the unreasonable glue injection process.By optimizing the process,the hydrogen leakage problem of the end cover is solved thoroughly,and the safety of the generator operation is improved,which has certain reference significance for similar problems.
