摘 要:多轴车辆制动力定期检测是预防制动失灵的一个重要举措。以此为出发点,分析了举升式加载制动台的检测过程及工作原理,建立了制动力学模型并分析了轮胎在试验台上的受力情况,详细分析了试验涉及的举升式加载制动试验系统的各个部分及参数设置,最后进行了实车试验,得到了加载制动台举升高度与加载轴荷之间的关系。研究结果显示,加载举升高度与轴荷之间的关系是线性的,且不同空载四轴车辆举升达到满载时,举升高度也是不同的。Periodic detection of braking force of multi-axle vehicles is an important measure to prevent brake failure.Taking this as a starting point,this paper analyzes the detection process and working principle of the lifting load brake platform,establishes the braking dynamics model and analyzes the stress situation of tires on the test platform,and analyzes in detail the various parts and parameter settings of the lifting load brake test system involved in the test.Finally,the relationship between the lifting height of the loading brake platform and the loading axle load is obtained through the actual vehicle test.The results show that the relationship between the load lifting height and axle load is linear,and the lifting height is also different when the lifting reaches full load among different unloaded four-axle vehicles.
