摘　　要：从创新发展、协调发展、绿色发展、开放发展和共享发展五个维度构建经济高质量发展评价指标体系,采用2008-2017年我国省级面板数据,借助GMM动态面板模型和中介效应模型实证检验基础设施投资对经济高质量发展的影响及作用机制。结果显示,基础设施投资能够显著推动经济高质量发展,且不同类型的基础设施投资推动效果具有明显差异;基础设施投资既可以直接推动经济高质量发展,又可以通过影响产业结构、技术进步和资源配置间接促进经济高质量发展;基础设施投资对经济高质量发展的影响存在门槛值,只有存量达到一定门槛值时,才会产生显著的促进作用;通过异质性分析发现,新型基础设施投资在东部、中部和西部三个区域都有显著正向作用,传统型基础设施和民生型基础设施投资分别在中部、东部地区具有促进作用。Based on China’s provincial panel data from 2008 to 2017,the paper constructed assessing system of high-quality economic development from five dimensions and made an empirical test of the effect and mechanism of infrastructure investment on high-quality development by using the GMM dynamic panel model and mediation effect model.The results showed that infrastructure investment could significantly improve the high-quality economic growth,and the effects of different types of infrastructure investment appeared evident difference.The result also showed infrastructure investment can either directly improve the high-quality economic growth,or could do so indirectly by industrial structure,technology and resource configuration.The effects of infrastructure investment on high-quality economic development had threshold effect.Only when the stock of infrastructure investment reached a certain threshold could significant promote the effect on high-quality development.Heterogeneity analysis found that new type of infrastructure investment had a significant positive effect in eastern,central and western regions.While the traditional and livelihood infrastructure investment had a significant positive effect only in eastern and central regions.
