摘 要:辐板沉降是车轮轧钢设计中必须考虑的因素,直接影响车轮的成材率。本文基于ANSYS有限元软件,采用数值模拟方法对车轮热处理过程进行了热力耦合模拟,研究了不同辐板形状和不同淬火方式对车轮辐板沉降的影响。结果表明,双S形辐板车轮的辐板沉降表现为轮毂上移,其余三种辐板车轮表现为轮毂下沉,直线型辐板车轮绝对沉降量最大,三面淬火方式对辐板沉降影响最大。Plate subsidence is an important factor to be considered in rolling design of wheel,which directly affects the finished product rate of wheel.Effect of threee quenching methods,including three-side quenching,double-side quenching and tread quenching on the subsidense of wheel plate of s-shaped,double-s-shaped,basin-shaped and straight-line plates is studied based on ANSYS finite element software with the thermal coupling simulation.The results show that:the subsidence of the plate of the double-s-shaped plates design wheel is manifested as the hub moving up,and the other three plates design wheels are manifested as the hub sinking.The absolute subsidence of straight-line plate wheel is the largest,and The three-side quenching has the greatest influence on the subsidence of plates.
