摘 要:采用自组装电化学氯化装置处理养猪废水生化出水,考察了废水氨氮的降解历程。因素影响分析表明,随着氯离子投加量的增加(0~2000 mg/L),氨氮平均去除速率逐渐上升(0.044~2.502 mg/min);当氯离子质量浓度为1000 mg/L,初始pH=9时,氨氮最大去除率达98%以上仅需90 min。电化学氯化脱氮过程表明,氨氮降解主要依靠间接氧化,即活性氯与氨氮作用生成氯胺、氯胺转化为氮气2个阶段;体系脱氮过程符合零级反应动力学。The biochemical effluent of swine wastewater was treated with selfassembled electrochemical chlorination device,and the degradation process of ammonia nitrogen in wastewater was investigated.The results of influencing factors analysis showed that when the chlorine ion concentration increased from 0 to 2000 mg/L,the average removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen gradually increased from 0.044 to 2.502 mg/min.When the chloride ion concentration was 1000 mg/L and the initial pH=9,the maximum removal rate of ammonia nitrogen can reach 98%in only 90 min.The electrochemical chlorination denitrification process indicated that the degradation of ammonia nitrogen mainly relied on indirect oxidation to achieve deep denitrification.In the degradation process,active chlorine firstly reacted with ammonia nitrogen to form chloramine,and then chloramine was converted into nitrogen.Electrochemical chlorination of ammonia nitrogen was in accordance with zeroorder reaction kinetics.
