中欧SDS在化学品污染防治中的应用比较研究

摘　　要：化学品安全技术说明书(SDS)在化学品污染防治中具有十分重要的作用.目前我国SDS在化学品污染防治中的应用因编制适用不合理、化学品信息数据不准确和危害风险防控措施针对性不强导致未充分发挥作用,针对这个问题我们应当借鉴欧盟经验,拓展需提供SDS的化学品范围,建立化学品危害风险准确性评估和危害风险防控措施针对性优化的机制以及建立统一的化学品信息数据库,更好地发挥SDS在化学品污染防治中的作用.Safety Data Sheet(SDS)plays an important role in the prevention and control of chemical pollution.At present,the SDS in the application of chemical pollution control for the applicable scope is unreasonable,chemical information data is not accurate,and the risk prevention and control measures targeted not strong to give full play to the role of problem,should draw lessons from the eu experience,expand the chemicals of the SDS is required to provide,accuracy to establish chemical hazard risk assessment and risk prevention and control measures of targeted optimization mechanism and establish unified chemicals information database,better play to the role of SDS in the application of chemical pollution prevention.
