摘  要:[目的/意义]目前,我国已经建立了一些光伏领域的产业联盟或者战略联盟。但是,基于非技术标准组建的产业联盟能否有效地解决专利丛林问题需要深入的研究,这对提升我国光伏产业的自主创新能力有着至关重要的意义。[方法/过程]为了应对专利丛林问题,运用阻碍专利“三角关系测量”分析方法,对我国光伏产业专利丛林密度进行了测量;运用社会网络分析方法,对具有影响力的专利权人进行了识别。[结果/结论]通过对比中国光伏产业联盟成员与具有影响力的专利权人的异同,发现具有较强阻碍能力的专利权人,大多数没有参与技术联盟,而大多数技术联盟成员,不拥有强有力的阻碍专利。建议根据需要选择在专利丛林网络中具有影响力的专利权人加入专利联盟,这对于我国光伏产业的自主创新和应对专利丛林问题具有重要启示。[Purpose/Significance]At present,China has established some industrial alliances or strategic alliances in the photovoltaic field.However,whether the industrial alliance based on non-technical standards can effectively solve the patent thicket requires in-depth research,which is of great significance for improving the independent innovation capability of China's photovoltaic industry.[Method/Process]In order to deal with the problem of patent thicket,this paper uses the analysis method of"triangulation measurement"to measure the density of patent thicket in China's photovoltaic industry.The influential patentees are identified by the method of social network analysis.[Result/Conclusion]By comparing the members of the China Photovoltaic Industry Alliance with influential patentees,it is found that most of the patentees with strong obstruction ability do not participate in the technology alliance.Most members of the technology alliance do not have strong obstruction patents.It is recommended to select influential patentees in the patent thicket network to join the patent pool.This has important implications for the independent innovation of China's photovoltaic industry and the solution to the patent thicket problem.
