摘  要:目的总结颈椎损伤院内急诊处理及安全转运中的整体系统评估方案及其效果。方法对颈椎损伤患者进行院内急诊处理,并制订合理的整体系统评估方案,根据评估结果对43例颈椎损伤患者实施急诊院内安全转运,比较转运前后患者脊柱脊髓和全身损伤的病情变化。结果43例中,整体病情评估A级20例,均转入骨科普通病房;B级15例,转入骨科监护病房;C级8例,直接转入ICU。转运后,37例病情无变化或改善,死亡1例,3例生命体征恶化,2例神经症状加重。结论对颈椎损伤患者行整体系统评估分级,根据分级结果转运至相关科室,可保证患者在院内的安全转运。Objective To summarize the hospital emergency treatment of cervical spine injury and observe the overall system evaluation of the effect in hospital transportation.Methods The patients with cervical spine injury were treated in the emergency department of the hospital,and the overall evaluation scheme was developed.According to the evaluation results,43 patients with cervical spine injury were transported safely in the emergency department of the hospital,and the changes of spinal cord and systemic injuries before and after transportation were compared.Results Of the 43 patients,20 cases were transferred to the orthopedic ward after grade A assessment of their overall condition,15 patients of grade B were transferred to the orthopedic ward,8 cases of grade C were transferred directly to ICU.There was no change or improvement in the 37 cases after transportation,1 case died,3 cases had worsening vital signs,and 2 cases had aggravated neurological symptoms.Conclusions The overall condition evaluation and grading of patients with cervical spine injury can ensure the safe in-hospital transport of patients according to the grading results.
