摘  要:随着社会经济的发展,工业锅炉被广泛地应用到生产和生活中,但是有一定数量的锅炉却因为水处理的不恰当存在这样那样的问题,标准达不到国家标准GB/T 16811-2018的要求。比如水质不达标,造成结垢、腐蚀严重和能效浪费,做好水处理工作,是保证工业企业安全、高效、经济运行的有力保障。本文分析了工业企业进行水处理对锅炉能效的影响,探讨给水除氧水处理工艺,提出了改进工业锅炉水处理方法以及节能降耗的措施,促进企业安全健康发展。With the development of social economy,industrial boilers have been widely used in production and life.However,a certain number of boilers have some problems due to improper water treatment,and the standard cannot meet the requirements of the national standard GB/T 16811-2018.For example,water quality is not up to standard,resulting in scale formation,severe corrosion and waste of energy efficiency.To do a good job in water treatment is a strong guarantee to ensure the safety,efficiency and economic operation of industrial enterprises.This paper analyzes the influence of water treatment on boiler energy efficiency in industrial enterprises,discusses the process of water supply and deoxygenation water treatment,and puts forward the methods of improving water treatment in industrial boilers and the measures of energy saving and consumption reduction,so as to promote the safe and healthy development of enterprises.
