枳实黄酮对照提取物研究及其在枳实药材质量控制中的运用研究

摘　　要：目的:分析枳实黄酮对照提取物研究及其在枳实药材质量控制中的运用。方法:对枳实黄铜中的二氢黄酮类及挥发油类的分离进行分析。根据芸香柚皮苷、柚皮苷、橙皮苷的线性关系,对其质量控制进行分析。结果:通过枳实黄酮对照提取物的研究分析,芸香柚皮苷、柚皮苷、橙皮苷在各自范围内的峰面积良好,测定系数在0.95以上。结论:通过枳实黄酮对照提取物的枳实质量控制方法分析,可以有效提高枳实药材质量的控制效果,而且也可以为中药材料的制备及使用提供支持。Objective:to analyze the study of the flavonoid control extract of Fructus aurantii and its application in the quality control of Fructus aurantii.Methods:the separation of dihydroflavones and volatile oils in trifoliate brass was analyzed.According to the linear relationship among rutin,naringin and hesperidin,the quality control was analyzed.Results:The peak areas of rutin,naringin and hesperidin in each range were good,and the coefficient of determination was above 0.95.Conclusion:Through the analysis of the quality control method of the control extract of Fructus aurantii,the quality control effect of Fructus aurantii can be effectively improved,and it can also provide support for the preparation and use of traditional Chinese medicine materials.
