摘　　要：广东省跨境电商飞速发展的背后也存在着人才数量质量不足、技术创新不够、地域发展不平衡等问题,本文通过分析产生问题的原因对三个问题对政府、跨境电商企业、高校提出相关的政策建议。As the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce in guangdong province,there are also problems such as insufficient quantity and quality of talents,insufficient technological innovation,and unbalanced regional development.This paper puts forward relevant policy Suggestions to the universities and colleges of government cross-border e-commerce enterprises through analyzing the causes of the problems.
