摘 要:水平井技术是目前国内正在推广的采油工艺技术。但在热采水平井中,随蒸汽的不断注入油藏内部温度场在不断发生变化,影响着油藏流体的渗流规律,且常规的抽油泵抽汲使得水平段存在一个压力降汇场,加之稠油的高粘度及冷凝作用,容易造成趾端与跟端流动阻力分布不平衡,从而致使油藏动用不均,影响开发效果。为了提高水平井开采效果,缓解水平段开采不均衡的矛盾,需要设计适用于热采水平井分段采油的采油泵。该泵作为提高稠油热采程度的有效措施,结合均匀注汽,水平段软封隔等工艺技术可为水平井采油提供有力的技术支持。Horizontal well technology is the oil production technology currently being promoted in China.However,in thermal recovery horizontal wells,the temperature field inside the reservoir changes continuously with the continuous injection of steam,which affects the seepage law of the reservoir fluid,and the pumping by the conventional pumping pump causes a pressure drop sink field in the horizontal section.The high viscosity and condensing effect of the oil can easily cause an unbalanced distribution of flow resistance at the toe and heel ends,resulting in uneven use of the reservoir and affecting the development effect.In order to improve the production effect of horizontal wells and alleviate the contradiction of unbalanced production in horizontal sections,it is necessary to design oil pumps suitable for thermal recovery of horizontal wells.The pump as an effective measure to improve the thermal recovery of heavy oil,combined with uniform steam injection,horizontal section soft isolation and other process technologies can provide strong technical support for horizontal well oil recovery.
