摘　　要：自2010年4月6日颁布《高等学校信息公开办法》以来,高校财务管理公开化、透明度也逐步提高,社会大众的监督意识和高校监管层的接受度也随着国家层面对媒体的社会智能、群众知情权渠道畅通等做了规定设计而有很大提升,舆论监督在高校财务管理中起到的作用,应体现在原则性下建立的标准体系中。Since Measures of Information Disclosure for Institutions of Higher Education was enacted on April 6th,2010,college financial management gradually increases its openness and transparency;meanwhile,the public’s supervision awareness and college regulators’acceptance get greatly improved along with the national regulations and plans on social intelligence of the media,and on the channels of masses’right to know.Public opinion supervision plays a role in college financial management and should be reflected in the standard system constructed under the principle.
