摘　　要：信息时代给这个时代的成年人带来了机遇和挑战。身处这个时代就要求成年人必须面对不同的世界观、爱情观、价值观,这给我国社会和学校的心理健康教育带来了很大的困难。需要以新技术、环境建立适合的心理健康教育体系,结合我国特殊的人文环境与内涵,建设高水平的教师队伍及课程。The information age brings both opportunities and challenges to adults in this era where they need to face different world views,love views and values.This brings great difficulties to mental health education for adults in our society.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a suitable mental health education system with new technology and environment,and to build a high-level teaching staff and curriculum in combination with the special humanistic environment and connotation in our country.
