摘　　要：为了确定某电站阀门阀杆断裂的原因,进行了现场调查、有限元模拟、化学成分检测、金相组织检测、力学性能测试和断口形貌观察,并进行了综合分析,认为机械故障是阀杆断裂的诱发原因,而阀杆材料力学性能不合格是导致其断裂的根本原因。In order to find out the cause of fracture of one valve stem of a power plant,the on-site investigation,finite element analysis,chemical composition testing,metallographic testing,mechanical testing and SEM are carried out,the comprehensive analysis is conducted and the mechanical failure is believed to induce fracture of valve stem,while the unqualifi ed material mechanical property is the root cause of fracture.
