摘  要:强油风冷冷却方式广泛应用在北京220 kV变电站中。强油风冷与其他冷却方式的主要区别在于风冷全停20 min跳闸回路。针对一起220 kV主变误停事故,分析了事故发生的原因,并对事故进行现场模拟,完成了强油风冷信号回路的改造,并根据该主变风冷回路存在的隐患提出了几点合理化建议。The forced oil circulation air-cooling mode is widely used in 220 kV substations in Beijing region.The major difference between forced oil circulation air cooling and other cooling modes lie in the 20-minute trip circuit for air-cooling full stop.In view of a 220 kV main transformer false shutdown accident,the article analyzes the cause of the accident,and simulates the on-site scenario of accident,and based on the completion of modification of the forced oil circulation air-cooling signal circuit and hidden dangers existed in main transformer air-cooling circuit,proposes rational improvement suggestions.
