摘 要:在考虑失效模式相关性的前提下,对传动齿轮进行可靠性分析。运用Monte Carlo法抽样得到传动齿轮在各失效模式下的概率分布,并根据应力-强度干涉理论构建其系统功能函数。在此基础上,基于MATLAB分别计算了传动齿轮的系统可靠度及失效模式和随机变量灵敏度。研究表明:传动齿轮各失效模式间相关性对其可靠度有重要影响,齿面接触疲劳强度及相关变量对齿轮系统可靠度影响最大。Under the premise of considering the correlation of the failure mode,the reliability analysis of the transmission gear is carried out.Using Monte Carlo sampling,the probability distribution of the transmission gear under each failure mode is obtained,and its system performance function is constructed according to the stress-strength interference theory.On this basis,the system reliability,failure mode and random variable sensitivity of the transmission gear were calculated based on MATLAB.Studies have shown that the correlation between the failure modes of the transmission gear has an important impact on its reliability,and the contact fatigue strength of the tooth surface and related variables have the greatest impact on the reliability of the gear system.
