摘  要:针对喷枪垂直喷涂平面情况下喷枪参数对喷涂质量的影响,采用MATLAB软件对施釉机器人进行了仿真及实验研究。首先,建立和确定施釉机器人喷枪数学基础模型;然后在各项喷涂指标不变的情况下进行定点喷涂实验仿真;最后通过喷涂实验与仿真实验的对比分析,验证了在误差允许的范围内喷枪基础数学模型的正确性,这有助于推动施釉机器人在陶瓷制造领域的应用。Aiming at the influence of spray gun parameters on spraying quality in the case of vertical spraying plane of spray gun,MATLAB software was used to simulate and experiment the glazing robot.First,establish and determine the mathematical basic model of the glazing robot spray gun.Then carry on the experiment simulation of fixed-point spraying under the condition that each spraying index remains unchanged.Finally,a comparative analysis is conducted through spraying experiments and simulation experiments to verify the correctness of the basic mathematical model of the spray gun within the allowable error range.This helps to promote the application of glazing robots in the field of ceramic manufacturing.
