摘　　要：刮板式捞渣机是一种连续、高效的机械式除渣设备,主要用于火力发电厂的机械排渣。设计了GBL60型刮板式捞渣机系统,这是为国内发电厂第一台爬坡高度达15 m、总长度超过52 m的600 MW机组配套的大型刮板捞渣机,由渣井、关断门、刮板捞渣机和渣仓组成,实现了刮板捞渣机关键技术的突破。Scraper type slag extractor is a kind of continuous and efficient mechanical slag removal equipment,which is mainly used for mechanical slag removal in thermal power plants.Designed GBL60 type scraper slag extractor system,which is the first large scraper slag extractor supporting domestic power plants with a climbing height of 15m and a total length of more than 52m of 600MW units.It is composed of slag well,shut-off door,scraper slag extractor and slag silo,and has achieved a breakthrough in key technology of scraper slag extractor.
