摘 要:采用VPPA/TIG复合焊,应用大电流高焊速焊接25 mm厚5A06-H112铝合金,并分析焊缝的显微组织和力学性能。显微组织分析表明:VPPA焊焊缝区析出相明显增多,呈线状或者带状;TIG焊焊缝区析出相增加,呈圆片状且细小均匀、弥散分布。经X射线探伤后,无气孔等缺陷,满足Ⅰ级焊缝要求。经拉伸试验后,焊缝拉伸强度优于母材,断裂位置在母材。In this paper,VPPA/TIG composite welding was used to weld 25 mm 5A06-H112 aluminum alloy with high current and high speed welding parameters,and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the weld were analyzed.The microstructure analysis showed that the precipitation phase in the weld zone of VPPA welding increased significantly,showing a linear or banded shape.The precipitation phase in the TIG welding seam increased,showing a round sheet,fine and even distribution,and dispersion.After X-ray flaw detection,no defects such as porosity,satisfies the requirement of gradeⅠweld.After the tensile test,the tensile strength of the weld was better than that of the base material,and the fracture location was in the base material.
