摘  要:分析了一种带有相交孔的大模数蜗杆加工工艺。通过研究工艺特点,自行设计了珩磨装置,解决了蜗杆中长孔加工精度不高的难题;通过改进工艺流程并对所用刀具及其所用刀盘进行改进,采用旋风铣加工满足了该蜗杆模数大、螺距宽、齿面粗糙度要求高的技术要求。该工艺改进后大大提高了切削稳定性及生产效率。This paper analyzes a process of large modulus worm with intersecting hole.By studying the characteristics of the process,the honing device was designed by itself to solve the problem of low machining accuracy of the long hole in the worm.Through the improvement of the technological process and the improvement of the cutters and cutter heads used,the technical requirements of the large worm module,the wide pitch and the roughness of the tooth surface are achieved by the cyclone milling process.After the process is improved,the cutting stability and production efficiency are greatly improved.
