摘 要:在造粒机过滤器的换网装置中,铲刀是保证废料和旧网去除效果及可靠度的重要影响因素。以双柱滤筒式过滤器的换网器中铲刀为研究对象,分析其受力情况。根据实际工况合理选择测点,测量铲刀的载荷边界条件。利用LabVIEW数据采集平台获取电位信号,获得现有铲刀的载荷。导入铲刀模型在ANSYS Workbench中进行拓扑优化设计,对铲刀模型进行几何外形重建。新的铲刀结构具备高强度及轻量化的特性,优化后铲刀减重13.26%。In the screen changer of granulator filter,the blade is an important factor to ensure the removal effect and reliability of waste and old screen.Taking the blade in the screen changer of the double column filter as the research object,the stress of the blade is analyzed.According to the actual working conditions,the measuring points are selected reasonably,and the load boundary conditions of the blade are measured.The potential signal is acquired by LabVIEW data acquisition platform,and the load of the existing blade is obtained.The blade model is imported to carry out topology optimization design in the ANSYS Workbench,and reconstruct the geometry of the blade model.The new blade structure has the characteristics of high strength and lightweight,and the weight of the blade before and after optimization is reduced by 13.26%.
