摘　　要：目的:探讨急诊PCI再灌注心律失常对ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者远期预后的影响。方法:选取140例ST段抬高型心肌梗死并进行急诊PCI再灌注治疗的患者。按再灌注治疗中,是否出现心律失常分为两组,观察组患者在再灌注治疗后出现心律失常,对照组患者则在再灌注治疗后未出现心律失常,比较两组患者出院前及出院1年后左室射血分数与出院1年后心肌梗死复发及病死例数。结果:观察组患者出院1年后左室射血分数(62±9)显著高于对照组(48±8),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组出院1年后心肌梗死发率为4.59%、病死率为1.83%,显著低于对照组的19.35%和9.68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急诊PCI再灌注心律失常对心肌梗死患者远期预后的影响显著,可能是评价心肌损伤程度及患者预后的指标。Objective To explore the effect of arrhythmia on the long-term prognosis of myocardial infarction.Methods140 patients with myocardial infarction and reperfusion were divided into two groups according to whether there was arrhythmia in the reperfusion treatment.The patients in the observation group had arrhythmia after reperfusion treatment,while the patients in the control group had no arrhythmia after reperfusion treatment.The left ventricular ejection fraction before discharge and one year after discharge was compared with the recurrence and death of myocardial infarction one year after discharge.Number of cases.Results The left ventricular ejection fraction(62±9)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(48±8)after 1 year of discharge,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It was 4.59%,and the mortality was 1.83%,which was significantly lower than the 19.35%and 9.68%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Reperfusion arrhythmia has a significant effect on the long-term prognosis of myocardial infarction,which may be an index to evaluate the degree of myocardial injury and the prognosis of patients.
