摘  要:目的:探讨普罗布考联合乐脉丸对老年高血压患者血脂的影响。方法:采用随机分组的方法。以2016年1月—2019年10月我院心内科门诊及住院病人老年高血压患者90例为对象,排除60岁以下及非高血压患者。随机分为三组:阿托伐他汀对照组30例,普罗布考治疗组30例,普罗布考联合乐脉丸治疗组30例。分别检测治疗初始、治疗6个月、12个月、18个月后各组血浆总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的浓度。比较各治疗阶段组内及治疗6个月、18个月后组间各指标的差异。结果:普罗布考治疗组治疗6个月后TC(4.51±0.72)mmol/L及LDL-C(2.75±0.48)mmol/L与治疗初始TC(5.44±0.79)mmol/L及LDL-C(3.3±0.72)mmol/L比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。普罗布考联合乐脉丸治疗组治疗6个月后TC(4.74±0.63)mmol/L及LDL-C(2.72±0.30)mmol/L与治疗初始TC(4.96±0.83)mmol/L及LDL-C(2.99±0.47)mmol/L比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。治疗6个月、18个月后组间各指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。普罗布考联合乐脉丸治疗组治疗时间越长TC、TG及LDL-C降幅越大,但与普罗布考治疗组及对照组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:普罗布考对血脂的影响与阿托伐他汀具有同样的效果,普罗布考联合乐脉丸治疗高血脂时间越长效果越显著,不良反应少,副作用小,是高血脂治疗的较好途径,老年等特殊人群易于接受,提倡使用。Objective To investigate the effect of probucol joint Lemai Pill on blood lipids in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods The study is in the way of control,single-blind,randomized approach.It was taken as the research object that 90 elderly hypertensive patients from cardiac outpatient and inpatients in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2019.Excluding subjects:patients under 60 and non-hypertensive.The study subjects were randomly divided into three groups:30 patients in the atorvastatin control group,30 patients in the probucol treatment group,and 30 patients in the probucol and Lemai pill treatment group.Detect the concentration of total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),and low-density lipoprotein in each group at the beginning of treatment,6 months,12 months,and 18 months after treatment.Differences in each index were compared between groups at each treatment stage and between 6 and 18 months after treatment.Results After 6 months of treatment in the probucol treatment group,TC(4.51±0.72)mmol/L and LDL-C(2.75±0.48)mmol/L was significantly different from initial TC(5.44±0.79)mmol/L and LDL-C(3.3±0.72)mmol/L(P<0.05).in the Probucol and Lemai Pill treatment group,TC(4.74±0.63)mmol/L and LDL-C(2.72±0.30)mmol/L was significantly different from initial TC(4.96±0.83)mmol/L and LDL-C(2.99±0.47)mmol/L(P<0.05).There was no difference in all indexes between the groups after 6 months and 18 months of treatment(P>0.05).TC,TG,and LDL-C decreased more as the treatment time of the probucol and Lemai pill treatment group was longer,but there was no statistical difference with the probucol treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Probucol has the same effect on blood lipids as atorvastatin.Probucol and Lemai Pills are more effective in the treatment of hyperlipidemia for a longer period of time.The adverse reactions and side effects are less and smaller than atorvastatin,which is a better approach for hyperlipidemia treatment.It is easy to be acc
