摘　　要：目的:探究复方α-酮酸联合低蛋白饮食对糖尿病肾病患者的肾功能影响。方法:随机选取我院2017年1月—2018年7月就诊的60例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象。将研究对象随机分成对照组和研究组,各30例,其中对照组给与复方α-酮酸治疗;研究组在对照组的基础上实施低蛋白饮食管理。予以2组研究对象为期6个月的随访及定期检测实验相关指标,分别对比其治疗前、治疗后1个月、治疗后6个月的24h尿蛋白定量(UA ER)、肾小球滤过率(GFR)、血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)及总胆固醇(TC)的含量。结果:治疗后1个月、6个月Scr、BUN、UAER、TC均低于治疗前,而GFR高于治疗前;治疗后6个月Scr、BUN、UAER、TC均低于治疗后1个月,而GFR高于治疗后1个月,且研究组的变化幅度均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方α-酮酸联合低蛋白饮食的治疗方案能显著改善糖尿病肾病患者肾功能指标,值得临床大力推广使用。Objective o explore the effect of compoundα-ketoacids combined with low protein diet on renal function of diabetic nephropathy.Methods 60 diabetic nephropathy patients from January 2017 to July 2018 in our hospital were randomly selected as the study object.The subjects were randomly divided into control group and study group,30 cases in each group,in which the control group was given compoundα-ketoacids;the study group was given low protein diet management on the basis of the control group.Two groups of subjects were followed up for 6 months and tested the related indexes regularly.The contents of UAER,GFR,SCR,bun and TC were compared before treatment,1 month after treatment and 6 months after treatment.Results After treatment,SCR,bun,UAER and TC were lower than before treatment,while GFR was higher than before treatment;after treatment,SCR,bun,UAER and TC were lower than after treatment,while GFR was higher than after treatment,and the change range of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of compoundα-ketoacids combined with low protein diet can significantly improve the renal function of diabetic nephropathy patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
